Can I get scene hair./How will it look on me?

well basically my hair is not curly, but it is wavy. Its pretty thick too. Im still growing it to a good length but heres what im going for:

as you can see ive still got a bit of growing left to do. now my hair after a washing gets one big curl at the end of it, all the way around (not my bangs XD). will this be a problem? also how do you think I will look with scene hair. and round how much will it run me (at JCPenny Salon)

I think it would look good on you, but, you are adorable, why do you want to hide your face?? I think you should call around to salons and see if they do scene hair. Some salons don't do that type of style. Even though, all hairdressers should know all trends, they don't. So look around first, so you aren't disappointed after growing your hair out and having it cut. After all, you want what you want, right?! ;)

Keep ur hair natural,at the most get it straight.get curls removed.

you do have some growing to do.. maybe that one big curl may straighten itself out once you grow your hair out. you look like the type that would have emo hair.. now idk if that is good or bad..
