Try to condition ur hair alot. it might not do too much but u can try.

You cannot change the texture of your hair, you can use products to calm it and make it feel smooth, and have a cut that outs layers in to give it less weight..your hairdresser can advise

Go to a salon next time you get your hair cut and get your layers point cut. To learn more about point cutting look up styles for men that say the hair was point cut. The layers will look more blended and soft. Most importantly though, make sure you like that look and know exactly what it is before getting your hair cut that way. I would not recommend getting your hair thinned out either. I do not recommend getting a razor cut because allot of times the hair looks to thin and frayed. If you leave your hair longer it may not stick up so much,try a style kind of like on your avatar.
