my hair used to be really curley like not big curls little ones and ever since i got layers my hair isn't curley anymore it just like wavy do you think the layers could have been the reason why this happened ? should i cut my hair normal again?

Layers should make your hair curlier. Short layers on top of long ones lets the short ones get curlier and lift up allowing the longer ones to curl better. If your hair is all one length, the hair underneath wont curl as much. If you want curly hair keep the longest layer at shoulder length, no longer than that or it will get less curly.
