you can use pin curls....wrap a section of hair around your finger and then pin it to your head with bobby pins...do this at night while your hair is wet and it will be curly in the morning.

If you don't want to use a curling iron then braid your hair when it's wet them take it out when it's dry then spray it with some hair spray or put your hair in rollers. i put my hair in a bun when its wet them take it out when its dry and it leaves a nice curl. hope this helps!
