and it is impossible for me to have my hair down without it looking like a really big triangle. Does anyone have ANY tips, products, ANYTHING that can help me unpoof my hair???????

You should try getting layers to make your hair appear thinner.

It will help if you find a hairdresser that specializes in long hair. (you said if you wore it down, so it must be long enough to put up).

To unpoof: ask to have your hair thinned. There are special thining shears that cut some, but not all of the hairs. Your hairdresser may suggest this, and will definately be able to give you some product recomendations.

Another idea is to blow dry your hair with a large round brush.
