Why dose my hair look like I haven't washed it. when I washed a day before?
Believe it or not, but you're probably using TOO MUCH shampoo. Shampoo will strip your hair and make it dry, because of that your scalp will kick into overdrive to compensate.
Try a gentler shampoo, or skip the shampoo and look into "no 'poo" washing.
Most likely you're just going to have to bite the bullet for a bit until your scalp realizes that you're not going to make it dryer then the Sahara. In the mean time, remember, updos (buns, french twists, etc.) and braids are your friends.
Good luck on your way to a healthier scalp!

Try to avoid shampooing the tips and try to target only the root when shampooing and only condition the ends.
It really works. 1. pour shampoo into your palms and lather and just rub on your scalp. 2. Rinse very well. 3. Rinse very well. 4. pour condition into your palms and just work on the tip of the hair. 5. Rinse but not too thorough. Some conditioning left behind works wonders. Good luck.

use a drying shampoo so it will help the oil and then just put a moisturizing conditioner on the ends of your hair and dont put any products on the top of your head just put them on the ends.

Try using head and shoulders for your shampoo. This will dry out your scalp so your hair wont look oily. Follow by a moisturizing deep conditioner but apply to the end of your hair but not your roots. This will moisturize the dry ends.

Are you using a lot of hair product on your hair? That could be the problem. If not, have you tried Infusium for thin hair? Buy the kind for extra body. (You can buy this at any drug store or discount store) Then use a conditioner and use ONLY on the ends of your hair. See if that works. Good luck.

Go to a good salon, doesn't have to be expensive, such as Hair Cuttery, and ask for help. They have products for all types of hair. Sounds like you have over-processed your hair, and need a good cut and conditioner.

You just have oily hair, that is normal for some people. Don't put conditioner on the roots, just put it on your ends.

I have the same problem, You are using way too much conditioner on your scalp. When you use your conditioner, grab your hair as if you were putting it in a pony tail and apply conditioner from there on down. Use a shampoo and conditioner that is good for thin hair. Clarifying shampoo and conditioner is not good for your thin hair because it strips all the natural oils from the ends that you need.

try marshmallow fluff

I had the exact same problem and it's caused by sebum production. I started using Dr. Bronner's as a body wash, but when I used it as a shampoo, I was amazed to find that I didn't have a very oily head the next day, and there was no need to wash it (which is the only reason I need to wash my hair everyday.) I have really long hair, and the tips stay dry. I use Aussie's 3 minute miracle, love it. You should only use clairfying shampoo once a week. The Body Shop makes a Nettle shampoo that I swear by. Aussie makes a combination shampoo just for hair like ours, called Dual Personality. It's for oily tips and dry ends.
