i have a sort of small head and a big nose and im skinny

but i wanna grow out my hair

im just wonderin if itd look bad and if so what hair style would be better

But if you're really worried about it, try a cut that would accentuate your face. Try a layered cut, a perm (different sized curls), get hilights, or maybe even dye your hair a different color than what it is now.

if you are a guy, yes. a girl, no. short hair always looks better on a guy, but at your age, who knows? you can always cut it if you don't like it. can't add, but you can always take away.

You're prob. being too hard on yourself. I think most guys look really sexy with hair just long enough to tie back with maybe two inches hanging down. The guys in my High School with hair that long had girls all over them ;)
